维和医疗分队轮换交接标准程序探讨

摘　　要：为统一全军各维和医疗分队两批之间轮换交接时间、内容、参加人员、具体签字方式的标准程序,提高维和分队工作效率及质量.调研以往医疗分队轮换交接中存在的问题,通过研究二级医院卫勤保障任务及《谅解备忘录》等资料,结合自身维和工作实践,参照外军标准,提出两批医疗分队具体交接时间、内容标准、签字人员及签字时间,并建议尽快制定轮换交接标准程序。In order to unify the time,the content,the participation personnel and improve the efficiency and the quality in the rotation between the different peace-keeping medical contingent.It is necessary to propose the standard operation procedure（SOP） for the rotation.After reviewing the present documents,investigating the memorandum and reference to foreign troops and our practice,the time,the standard of the content,the participation personnel related with the rotation are proposed.And it is suggested that the rotation SOP must be released as soon as possible for the related department.
