摘 要:目的设计一份具有一定信度和效度的《绩效管理关键环节量表》,并确立军队医院聘用专业技术人员绩效管理的关键环节。方法采用理论分析、深度访谈、问卷调查、探索性因素分析等方法,探讨军队医院聘用专业技术人员绩效管理的关键环节。结果《绩效管理关键环节量表》具有良好的信度和效度。确定的五个关键环节能够解释总变异的59.026%。结论《绩效管理关键环节量表》可以作为测量工具使用。军队医院聘用专业技术人员绩效管理的关键环节包括目标计划、行为监控、考核评估、反馈互动和结果使用五个环节。Objective To develop a scale for key links of performance management,which has good reliability and validity.To find out the key links of performance management for the employed technical staff in military hospital.Methods The methods such as questionnaire survey,interview method were used to discuss the key links of performance management for the employed staff in military hospital.Results The scale has good reliability and validity,and the five aspects could explain 59.026% of the total variance.Conclusion The scale could work as survey measure tools.The key links of the performance management include target plan,action surveillance,examination and evaluation,interactive feedback and use of results.
