摘　　要：本文就某院专家组的具体做法,专家组参与科主任查房、参与学科建设评估、参与危重疑难病抢救和讨论、参与院内医疗纠纷的初步判定等活动,进行探讨,目的是使医院的离退休专家的精湛医术得到充分利用,更有利于医院的发展建设。The article discussed the main methods of elaborating the function of specialist team in a military hospital.The specialist team mainly joined in the following actions,which included the clinical ward visiting of department director,evaluation of discipline counstruction,rescue and discussion of server cases,primary judgement of medical disputs in hsopital.All the methods were aimed at making full use of the medical experience and technique of retired specialist and promoting the construction of hospital.
