摘　　要：本文就目前中心医院预约存在的问题、预约服务机制产生的原因进行介绍,分析医院在推行预约服务中的主要方法和达到的效果,为医院完善预约服务机制提供借鉴。The article introduced the main problems existing in military central hospital.The generating reason of appointed service mechanism was also discussed.The author analyzed the main measures and anticipated effectiveness of carrying out appointed service in hospital,so as to perfect the service mechanism.
