摘　　要：通过两个设计实例对设置局部地下室的多层建筑物的抗震方案和抗震措施提出宜采用框架－剪力墙结构、加强基础刚度、加强结构薄弱部位等几点看法，供设计人员参考。Through two projects, this paper discusses the seismic scheme and the measures that should be taken in design of multistorey buildings with partial basement, which can provide reference for designers.
