摘　　要：随着我国医疗体系的不断改革和完善,近几年,军队医院的发展迅猛。如何评判军队医院运营成果,充分有效地利用卫生资源,最大限度地实现为兵服务的战略目标,成为管理职能部门十分关注的问题。本文从医院评价层面出发,通过分析选取军队医院绩效量化考评指标应遵循的原则和构建军队医院绩效量化考评指标体系的工具,提出了构建军队医院绩效量化考评指标体系的基本设想和建议。In recent years,military hospitals have been developed very fast.Now the administrative functional departments focused on that how to appraise the operation results of military hospitals,and how to take full and effective advantage of health resources to realize the strategic goals of serving soldiers as much as possible.In this thesis,the principles were proposed to be followed in military hospital quantitative performance appraisal,and the tools were analyzed to establish the military hospital quantitative performance appraisal indicators.
