摘　　要：本文对照国家《医药卫生体制改革近期实施方案》中要推进的五项改革措施,逐一分析可能对军队医院发展产生的正面或负面影响,使军队医院能客观面对医疗形势变化,找准自身位置,防止被边缘化;有针对性的制定应对措施,使军队医院继续又好又快发展,为国家新医改顺利实施做出贡献。The author discussed the positive and negative impacts of the five transformations being enforced in the next three years（according to National Medical and Health System Reform Recent Implement Measures） upon the development of military hospitals,with which the military hospital can adopt to the changing of situation,make self-function identification and prevent marginalization.Moreover,the optimum strategies of development of military hospitals were also proposed.
