摘　　要：本文总结调处医疗纠纷的经验,并对促进医患关系和谐思考。建立医疗纠纷防范处理网络和重大医疗纠纷联合调处机制,规范医疗机构处理医疗纠纷行为,加强医德医风建设,提高医疗服务质量,能够大幅减少医疗纠纷数量,促进医患关系和谐。The article summarized the experiences of mediating medical disputes and made reflections on promoting a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Such as setting up the network of preventing and handling medical disputes,establishing a united system of mediating major medical disputes,normalizing the behaviors of medical staff,strengthening the construction of medical ethics,improving medical qualities.All the measures would be beneficial to decrease the amounts of medical disputes greatly and get a better doctor-patient relationship.
