摘　　要：总结参加野战救护、演习及培训的经验,提出统筹护理力量,优化处置流程,体现空运后送护理的独特性,提高转运安全性及护理组织绩效,为实战条件下组织伤员空运后送提供有益的经验和参考。The author summarized the experience of field nursing,exercise and training.Such as managing the nursing strength,optimizing the procedure and stressing the uniqueness of air evacuation nursing.All these measures should improve the evacuation safety and nursing management quality,as well as provide valuable experience of real war air evacuation nursing.
