摘　　要：随着市场的逐步扩大和对钢板需求的多样化,使我们需要更多品种以及钢板的厚度宽度长度的多样性来满足市场的需求。宽厚板项目就是为达到这个需求而成立的。在宽厚板项目中,定尺剪用来处理钢板成品的长度。由于需要极高的定尺的精确度,长度测量的自动控制就显得尤为重要。本文针对定尺剪的长度测量的需求,应用临界与冗余控制手段,完成测量的自动控制自动控制系统。除了介绍宽厚板定尺剪的系统配置及功能特点外,主要阐述长度测量的自动控制。实践证明该程序实现了定尺剪长度测量的精确控制。With the market gradually expanded and diversified demand for steel plate, so we need more variety, as well as the thickness , the width or plate length to meet the diversity needs of the market. Heavy Plate project needs to achieve this set up. At Heavy Plate project, Divide Shear used to deal with the length of finished products. Length required because of high accuracy, automatic control of length measurement is particularly important. This set off to a length of the survey, the use of redundancy critical and controls complete, the measurement of the automatic control system. in addition to introduce and set off the feet of the system configuration and functional characteristics, mainly expounds some length measuring of automatic. experience has shown that the procedure to set foot in length measuring cut precise control.
