摘  要:以谷氨酸单体为初始试剂,利用电化学聚合方法制备得到聚谷氨酸修饰电极。考察了电化学聚合条件(电位、扫速及扫描圈数)对修饰电极的影响,运用电化学方法对所制备的修饰电极进行了表征。此修饰电极对对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的电化学氧化还原显示出很高的催化能力,显著降低了二者的氧化电位,改善了二者的电化学可逆性,同时增强了二者的氧化还原峰电流。选用0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 7.0)作为支持电解质,利用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法,聚谷氨酸修饰电极可同时检测对苯二酚和邻苯二酚,二者的微分脉冲伏安响应与浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L呈良好的线性关系,检出限均可达到1.0 mmol/L(S/N=3)。此修饰电极有较好的重现性和稳定性。将其用于实际废水中对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的测定,加标回收率为99.6%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.3%,结果令人满意。Glassy carbon electrode was modified with poly(glutamic acid) films by electrochemical polymerization of glutamic acid monomer.Poly(glutamic acid) films showed good adherence to the electrode surface.The effects of various experimental conditions such as polymerization potential,circles and scan rate were studied as for the electrochemical polymerization process.The performance of modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV).Poly(glutamic acid) modified electrode showed an excellent electrocatalytic ability towards the redox of hydroquinone and catechol with a decrease of the overpotential and the improvement of the redox peak current.In 0.1 mol/L PBS(pH 7.0),hydroquinone and catechol could be simultaneously determined on the modified electrode by CV and differential pulse votammetry(DPV) techniques.The DPV response of two compounds increased linearly with the concentration in the range of 5.0×10-6-1.0×10-4 mol/L,and the detection limits(S/N=3) were 1.0×10-6 mol/L.Moreover,the modified electrode exhibited good repeatability and long-time stability.It was successfully used to determine hydroquinone and catechol in waste water samples with recoveries between 99.6% and 103.3% and the relative standard derivations(RSD) between 1.2% and 2.3%.
