摘　　要：本文对国内1985-2010年发表在各种期刊上被CNKI索引的城市建设用地需求量预测相关的150篇文献从研究历程、研究内容与研究方法等进行了系统研究与述评,指出了当前我国城市建设用地需求量预测研究的不足,提出了未来我国城市建设用地需求量预测研究的展望,旨在进一步提高人们对我国城市建设用地需求量预测的认识与关注,为我国城市建设用地需求量预测的深入研究提供一定的基础。It is a systematic analysis and review about the progress,content and research methods of the demand forecasts of urban construction land in China.It is studied according to the 150 related articles indexed by CNKI in the period of 1985-2010.It＇s pointed that the research on demand of urban construction land is not enough,and proposes the perspectine in the future,aiming at raising people＇s awareness of urban construction land further research on the demand forecasts of urban construction land in China.
