城乡统筹下小城镇发展潜力评价研究——以青岛市为例

摘　　要：小城镇在城乡统筹发展中担承着重要的作用,特别是具有较大发展潜力的重点小城镇。本文针对当前青岛市小城镇发展的实际情况,基于城乡统筹发展理论对小城镇发展潜力评价方法进行了有益的探索,构建了一套适宜于青岛市小城镇发展潜力评价的指标体系,采用多因素加权综合计分模型,得到各个小城镇的发展潜力指数,并对青岛市的小城镇的发展潜力进行了等级划分。The small towns play an important role in the urban-rural integration especially the towns have better development potential.It is a beneficial exploration to establish methods of evaluation of development potential in small towns.This paper constructs a set of index system of composite evaluation of development potential in small towns and uses the method of mul-factored composite evaluation and get ＂F＂ which is the index of development potentia1.The towns are graded according to size of ＂F＂ in Qingdao city.There suits of the evaluation is applied to the practice of completing the systems of towns in Qingdao.At last,some advices given on how to accelerate the development in these small towns.
