新时期县域村镇体系规划编制的思考——以吉林省集安市为例

摘　　要：在新城乡规划法颁布实施背景下,对新时期县域村镇体系规划的地位、作用进行了重新认识与思考,提出了新时期县域村镇体系规划编制理念与框架内容,并以吉林省集安市为例,对新时期县域村镇体系规划进行了实践尝试,对于我国其它地区县域村镇体系规划编制具有一定借鉴意义。After promulgated new urban-rural planning policies,this article rediscover and think status and effect of the county-level city planning system in the new age,and put forward the idea,framework and content of the county-level city planning system in the new age.Take Jian city as an example,we try to practice the county-level city planning system in the new age.It is expected to provide the beneficial experience and reference for elsewhere.
