猫爪草外敷辅助抗结核药治疗颈淋巴结核的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察猫爪草胶囊外敷辅助抗结核药物治疗颈部淋巴结结核的近期疗效。方法从2008年1月至2010年6月纳入68例颈部淋巴结结核患者,随机分为两组:对照组常规应用HRZLV(异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、左氧氟沙星)抗结核治疗;治疗组在HRZLV方案的基础上加用猫爪草胶囊局部外敷,观察两组淋巴结的变化及不良反应,按疗效判定标准判定疗效。结果治疗组的近期临床治愈例数明显高于对照组,疗程明显缩短。治疗组1、2、3、4周的显效率和有效率分别是21.9%、40.6%、43.8%、53.1%和59.4%、46.9%、46.9%、37.5%;对照组1、2、3、4周的显效率和有效率分别是2.8%、2.8%、11.1%、22.2%和36.1%、50.0%、52.8%、50.0%;差异有统计学意义。未发现明显副作用。结论猫爪草胶囊外敷联合抗结核药物治疗颈部淋巴结结核,有提高近期疗效的作用,且无毒副作用。Objective To analyze the therapeutically effect of radix ranunculi ternati capsule external application aiding other anti-TB drugs on cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis.Methods 68 hospitalized patients from Jan 2008 to June 2010 were randomly divided into two groups： control group,routine use of anti-TB treatment HRZLV（Isoniazid,Rifampicin,Pyrazinamide,Levofloxacin）;while treatment group based on the above treatment plus topical radix ranunculi ternati capsule.Results The cases of clinical cure in treatment were significantly more than that in control group,and the treatment period significantly reduced.The efficiency and the overall response rate of the treatment group in the first week、the second week、the third week and the forth week were 21.9%、40.6%、43.8%、53.1% and 59.4%、46.9%、46.9%、37.5% respectively;comparing 2.8%、2.8%、11.1%、22.2% and 36.1%、50.0%、52.8%、50.0 % in control group respectively,with no significant toxic side effects.There was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion Topical radix ranunculi ternati capsules combined with anti-TB drugs on cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis could shorten therapeutically course and improve the effect of the role without toxic side effects.
