摘  要:针对我国现行建设用地利用结构优化中常用的投入产出、计量经济学、目标规划和神经网络等模型的不足,借鉴线性模型和非线性模型的优点,探索一种更加科学、便于操作、易于动态调控,并符合实际情况的建设用地利用结构优化模型——SD-MOP整合模型。该模型将系统动力学和多目标规划整合起来,研究城市建设用地利用过程中所存在的环境变化和投入产出中的时滞等动态问题,能克服单纯的系统动力学模型参数难以准确定量,随意性较大的缺陷。根据构建的SD-MOP整合模型,对城市建设用地利用结构和各行业建设用地比例及系统复杂行为进行动态模拟,在对国内外城市建设用地利用结构合理性标准进行比较的基础上,分析城市建设用地利用结构构成的合理性,从而有助于观察和掌握城市建设用地利用结构优化系统行为的动态趋势和客观规律,并为城市建设用地定量化管理提供现实可能性。In view of the deficiency of currently widely adopted models including input-output,econometrics,goal programming and neural network models for structural optimization of urban construction land use,and taking advantage of linear model and nonlinear model,a new structure optimization model of urban construction land use—SD-MOP integrated model is developed by integration of the System Dynamics(SD) and Multi-Objective Programming(MOP).During the process of urban construction land use,the model may be employed in investigating the relevant dynamic problems,including the environment change and time lag in input-output,and in overcoming the inaccurately quantitative and arbitrary large defects of simplex system dynamics models.Based on the SD-MOP integrated model,the structure of urban construction land use,the proportion of construction land use of various industries and the system behavior are dynamically simulated.Comparing the structural rationality criterions of urban construction land use in China with the ones in other countries,the rationality of urban construction land use structure is analyzed.The results should be helpful to identifying and controlling the dynamic trend and system behavior in structure optimization of urban construction land use,and to practical possibility of quantitative management of urban construction land use.
