摘　　要：透射电镜下观察了栉孔扇贝精子形成过程中的核变化与顶体形成。在次级精母细胞时期，胞质内出现致密的前顶体颗粒；精子形成早期，前顶体颗粒融合、增大后逐渐成为前顶体；最后，前顶体覆盖在细胞核的前端形成锥状的顶体，与此同时，细胞核发生致密，体积逐渐缩小，由圆球形变成长柱状的精子核。Nuclear change and acrosomal formation were studied on spermatogensis of chlamys farreri by transmission electronic microscope. At the stage of secondary spermatocyte, electron densed proacrosomal granules were found in the cell. At the early stage of metamorphosis, the proacrosomal granules fuse together and form a bigger proacrosome, which covers around the nuclear head like a cap and forms corn shaped acrosome finally. At the same time the nuclear condenses, its size reduces gradually and changes into a long columnition shape.
