摘　　要：对软件组织进行风险管理的方法进行探讨,从风险的识别,评估,应对一直到控制的整个风险管理过程进行研究。从理论上,将项目管理理论与软件本身的特点相结合,提出一套比较适用的软件项目风险管理方法体系;从实践上来讲,对该方法体系配以相关案例研究,具有较好的可操作性。体现过程管理的思想,对软件项目风险管理的理论研究和实践操作具有较大的指导价值。Research is held on risk management methods of software organization and the whole risk management process from risk identification, risk estimate and risk response to risk control of software projects. In terms of theory, a suit of risk management method system of software projects is put forwarded, which combines project management theory with the features of software itself. In terms of practice, the method system is very operable combined with some case studies. The outcome incarnates the idea of process management, and is instructive to the theory study and the practice application of software project risk management.
