摘　　要：2008年中国电信收购中国联通C网,最重要的一个环节就是IT系统是否能顺利承接,接受所有C网相关的用户、资产、服务等信息。该项目对中国电信来说意义非凡,因此对该项目也提出了非常高的要求。项目风险管理贯穿于整个项目中并发挥了重要的作用,更积累了经验,对今后所有IT系统割接都具有现实意义。In China Telecom＇ s project of undertaking the C network, the most important aspect is that IT systems are able to successfully undertake and accept all the C network - related users, assets, services and other information. The project is significant for China Telecom, so the project requires higher demands. Project risk management plays an important role throughout the project. The experience concerned is significance for the IT systems cutover project in the future.
