摘　　要：分析我国科技文献资源布局,介绍目前我国科技文献资源建设及其合理布局的基本情况、存在的问题,重点介绍NSTL、CALIS、CASHL的建设情况,阐述我国科技文献布局的目的、方案、模式和措施。This paper analyzes the meanings in the distribution of scientific ＆ technical document resources, introduces the construction of the present scientific ＆ technical document resources in China and the basic conditions of their proper distribution and existing problems, mainly presents the construction conditions of the NSTL, CALIS and CASHL, and sets out the purposes, program, mode and measures in the distribution of scientific ＆ technical document resources in China.
