大学科技园与大学关系探析

摘　　要：大学科技园缘于大学,是我国高新技术成果的转化基地、高新技术企业的孵化基地、创新创业人才的培育基地、产学研结合的示范基地。大学是大学科技园的母体,生命之源。大学科技园对大学的发展有着深刻的影响,是大学社会服务职能的延伸,是"潜在的技术和地方经济增长的来源"。论文从大学和大学科技园功能着手,对大学科技园与大学技术转移、大学学科建设、大学创业教育进行探讨,揭示大学科技园与大学的互动关系,研究大学科技园的发展规律。The university science and technology park, coming from the university, is the transformation base for high technology achievements, the hatching base for high technology enterprises, the cultivation base for innovation and entrepreneurial talents, and the demonstration base for the combination among industry, academy and research of our country. The university is the life source of the university science and technology park. The university science and technology park is the extension of the university＇ s social service function and the potential source of technical and local economic growth which influences the university＇ s development profoundly. This article begins from the university and the function of the university science and technology park, and discusses the technology transfer between the university science and technology park and the university, the university discipline construction and the undertaking education. Besides, the article reveals the interactive relation between the university science and technology park and the university. And it also researches on the development law of the university science and technology park.
