摘  要:以缝纫机导杆的减摩需求为背景,以曲面-曲面接触方式,在5 mm振幅下,以不锈钢为基体,研究Ni-P镀层、外加MoS2的Ni-P镀层及Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层的往复滑动摩擦学行为,研究载荷、频率以及MoS2对摩擦因数和磨损率的影响。研究结果表明,镀层摩擦因数均随着滑行频率和载荷的的增加呈不同的变化趋势,Ni-P镀层的摩擦因数最大,外加MoS2的Ni-P镀层次之,Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层最小;其磨损率均随着滑行频率和载荷的增加而增加,Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层的磨损率较外加MoS2的Ni-P镀层与Ni-P镀层的小,这是由于MoS2的低摩擦性并在化学复合镀后具有较好的结合力,从而使Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层具有较好的耐磨性和自润滑性。By the background of antifrictional demand of sewing machine leader, the reciprocating wear behavior of Ni-P coating, Ni-P coating added MoS2 and Ni-P-MoS2 composite coating was investigated in by using the curved surface-on- curved surface configuration with 5 mm amplitude. The influences of the load, frequency and MoS2 on the friction coeffi-cient and wear rate of the coating were analyzed. The results show that the friction coefficient of the coating presents different varied trends as the load and frequency increase, the friction coefficient of Ni-P coating is the largest, followed by the Ni-P coating added MoS2, the Ni-P-MoS2 composite coating is the smallest. The wear rate increases with increasing the load and the frequency. The wear rate of Ni-P-MoS2 composite coating is lower than that of Ni-P coating added MoS2 and Ni-P coating, due to the lower friction coefficient of MoS2 and better adhesion with the composite coating, and Ni-P-MoS2 composite coating has better wear resistance and self-lubrication.
