摘  要:运用数值方法研究篦齿盘旋转速度、篦齿与光滑衬套相对轴向位置等对上、下台阶斜齿封严结构的泄漏特性的影响。结果表明采用重整化群k-ε湍流模型和标准壁面函数进行数值计算的结果与实验数据吻合较好;齿形结构参数相同时,上、下台阶篦齿的封严特性相当,泄漏系数比直通齿降低了30%,在不考虑转速和温度变化引起的间隙变化时,台阶篦齿的泄漏系数在高转速下随转速的增加线性下降;篦齿与衬套轴向位置的改变对泄漏特性基本没有影响。The influence of rotating speed and step axial location between teeth and smooth bush on sealing characteristics of step labyrinth seal was investigated by numerical method. The results show that the RNG κ-ε turbulence model with standard wall law is suited to predict the flow of labyrinth seal. Upward step and downward step labyrinth seal have similar sealing performance, and both have a leakage coefficient 30% less than straight-through labyrinth seal for the same seal pa- rameters. If not considering the variation of clearance caused by rotation and temperature change, the leakage coefficient of step labyrinth seal linearly decreases with the increase of rotating speed at high rotating speed. The leakage coefficient hardly changes with the shaft of step axial location between teeth and smooth bush.
