摘  要:根据甲醇汽油对发动机润滑油抗磨性影响的要求,选用T203、T706、MoDDP抗磨添加剂,开发出一种甲醇汽油发动机润滑油;通过四球机试验考察各单剂对基础油抗磨性的影响,并采用正交试验方法分析各剂之间的复合性能。试验结果表明:当添加剂T203、MoDDP、T706的配比为1.5∶1.5∶0.4时,研制油的复合抗磨性能最佳。Based on the requirements of methanol and gasoline convertible-fuel on wear resistance of lubricating oil, a methanol and gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil was developed by selecting T203, T706 and MoDDP as anti-wear addi- tives. The effect of four kinds of additives on the base oil was studied by four-ball tester respectively, and their compounding properties were analyzed though orthogonal experimental design. The test results show that when the ratio of T203, MoDDP and T706 is 1.5: 1.5:0. 4,the tested oil has the best anti-wear performance.
