摘  要:传统的单一密封件在应用于复杂井下环境时具有一定的局限性,而组合密封通过几种密封件的优势互补可适应井下复杂环境。介绍井下工具用V形组合密封的工作原理及其设计方法,指出同一组合密封可同时选用不同材料的圈组合使用,通过优势互补来适应井下复杂环境。介绍了非标准尺寸V形密封圈设计方法,分析如何通过尺寸计算来保证密封组合各部件的截面尺寸的一致性。The traditional single seal component can't suit the downhole complex harsh environment. The combination seal is composed of several sealing components, it can meet the downhole complex environment based on the complementary advantages of single seal component. The work principle and design method of V-shaped combination seal used in downhoule tools were introduced. The feasibility that V-shaped combination seal can choose several seal rings of different mate- rials to meet the downhole complex environment. The design methods of nonstandard dimension V-ring was proposed from the angle of practical application. The formula of ensuring the coherence of section dimension was given.
