防水透湿织物织造工艺的优化

摘　　要：探讨防水透湿织物的织造工艺要点。选用超细涤纶高收缩纤维,结合高密度织物组织设计,通过优选卷取方式、经纱张力、开口时间、送经张力补偿弹簧圈数、筘的空间率等工艺参数,认为选用W型卷取方式、适当降低经纱张力、适当提早开口时间、合理选择筘的空间率等,可使织机效率得到有效提高。Weaving processing key points of waterproof permeable fabric were discussed. Superfine polyester shrinkage fiber was selected, combining high density fabric weave design, processing parameter was optimized including take-up style,warp tension, shed time, warp let-off tension compensation spring coils, reed density et al. It is considered that loom efficiency could be improved effectively when adopting W type take-up,reducing warp tension properly,setting shed time early,selecting reed density rationally et al.
