摘 要:探讨细纱车间夏季负荷算法及实际需冷量。以夏季西安某纺织厂细纱车间为例,采用稳态传热计算法和冷负荷系数法,分析计算了细纱车间负荷的各个环节并加以对比,表明两种算法结果差别不大,使用稳态传热计算法计算车间负荷更加简便。研究了细纱车间对断头吸棉工艺排风单独收集的空气处理方法,计算出所需的制冷量。认为:这种方法能够准确给出车间所需冷量,避免了传统算法导致的车间供冷量不足现象。Cooling load algorithm and actual cooling need calculation in spinning workshop in summer were discussed. Taking one textile factory in Xi'an in summer as example, spinning workshop cooling load in each process was analysed and contrasted by cooling load factor method and steady state heat transfer method. It shows that results of the two methods are similar. Steady state heat transfer method is much simple and convenient. Air treatment of broken-end collector processing exhaust in spinning workshop was studied further, required cooling capacity was calculated. It is con- sidered that required cooling capacity of spinning workshop calculated by this method is accurate, phenomenon of workshop supply cool load shortage got from traditional calculation method could be avoided.
