摘 要:对4片再生混凝土小型空心砌块墙体进行了轴心和偏心竖向荷载作用下的试验研究,分析了再生混凝土小型空心砌块墙体在竖向荷载作用下的受力全过程及破坏形态。再生骨料掺入量为75%,再生混凝土小型空心砌块强度等级达到MU7.5。研究结果表明,再生混凝土小型空心砌块墙体在竖向荷载作用下的破环全过程和普通混凝土空心砌块墙体基本相似。受力全过程分为三个阶段:弹性阶段、裂缝发展阶段以及破坏阶段。墙体的偏心受压承载力小于轴心受压承载力。按GB50003-2001《砌体结构设计规范》公式计算得到的墙体受压承载力小于试验结果,通过对试验数据的回归分析,再生混凝土砌体承载力的计算可参照《砌体结构设计规范》中有关砌体受压承载力的计算公式。研究成果,可供再生混凝土小型空心砌块的工程应用参考。An experimental study on the pressure bearing capacity of recycled concrete hollow block masonry walls was presented in this paper.The failure characteristic and mechanism,ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete hollow block masonry walls were analyzed.The results of the test show that the compression failure process of recycled concrete hollow block wall are similar to ordinary concrete hollow block walls,which is divided into three stages:elastic stage,crack development stage and the destruction phase.The pressure bearing capacity of specimens were calculated according to formula in masonry structure design code(GB50003-2001).The calculating results are to be less than the experimental result,so that the pressure bearing capacity of recycled concrete hollow block walls can be calculated according to building code.The research results can provide reference for engineering applications of the recycled concrete hollow block.
