摘  要:高强度螺栓预拉力控制的准确性、连接面的处理方式以及存放时间,对试件抗滑移系数有较大影响。文中通过扭力扳手配合安装轴力计及粘贴应变片两种方式,对5套试件高强度螺栓预拉力进行对比研究。分析结果表明,粘贴应变片方式具有较高的可靠性。同时,利用粘贴应变片控制预拉力方式,对常规喷丸、正面喷丸方式及存放7 d,180 d两个时间段下的20套试件抗滑移系数进行研究。结果证明,正面喷丸除锈方式在提高抗滑移系数方面优于常规喷丸方式;存放时间加长,抗滑移系数有所提高。最后,根据研究结果给出了相关建议,为实际应用及相关研究提供必要的参考。Pretension controlling accuracy of high-strength bolt,processing mode of faying surface and resting period have a greater effect on anti-sliding coefficient.In the paper,high-strength bolt pretension of 5 sets specimens were studied by means of installing axial-force meter and pasting strain gage combined with wrest wrench in the paper,pretension controlling by strain gage had higher reliability than using axial-force meter.Meanwhile,anti-sliding coefficient of 20 sets were studied on the side of shot peening mode and different resting period by pasting strain gage.The results showed that front shot peening mode was better than conventional mode in increasing anti-sliding coefficient and the anti-sliding coefficient could be increased by prolonging resting period.Suggestions were given in the last which could provide necessary reference to practical application and relevant research.
