摘　　要：通过对当今设计现象的分析,详细论述了为何要从"设计战略"的角度来认识和理解设计的价值,进而提出了设计战略的基本架构;在此基础上,结合"可持续发展"的理论进行了论述,并阐明了两者的关系,同时还提出了"可持续发展"应注意的问题。Based on the analysis of the current design phenomenon,it carefully discussed why had to cognize and understand the value of design from the angle of ＂design strategy＂,and put forward the basic framework of ＂design strategy＂.On this basis,combined with the theory of ＂sustainable development＂,it discussed and illustrated the both relation,but also put forward the problems which ＂sustainable development＂ should be paid attention to.
