摘 要:提高电能输送效率、减小线路损耗是节约能源的重大举措,也是高压输电线路的线路金具需要解决的重要课题。为对线夹的能量损耗进行量化分析,同时考虑到解析法求解复杂模型涡流损耗的局限性,采用有限元法对铸铁线夹进行建模并分析其涡流损耗,计算结果与试验所得数据相吻合,验证了该方法的有效性。使用此方法对预绞式悬垂线夹和铸铁线夹的涡流损耗分别进行计算,计算结果表明:预绞式悬垂线夹的涡流损耗较铸铁线夹大为降低,使用预绞式悬垂线夹更加节能,投资回收期较短。Improving transmission efficiency of electric energy and reducing line loss are major energy saving measures, thus it is an important task to reduce the energy consumed by the fittings for HV transmission lines. To quantitatively analyze the energy consumption of fittings, the limitation of solving eddy-current loss of complex-shaped model by analytical method should be considered. The finite element method is applied to the modeling of cast iron clamp and the analysis on eddy-current loss in it. Calculation results conform to the data obtained from tests, so the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. Applying this method to the calculation of eddy-current loss in pre-twisted suspension clamp and cast iron clamp respectively, calculation results show that the eddy-current loss in pre-twisted suspension clamp is much lower than that in cast iron clamp. Results from calculation and techno-economic analysis show that more energy can be saved by using pre-twisted suspension clamp and the period for recovery of investment is shorter.
