摘 要:由于断层带附近围岩破碎程度高、范围大,掘进工作面与断层相遇时极易发生冒顶事故。为了防止冒顶范围的扩大,实现冒顶巷道的安全、快速修复,文章结合张双楼矿7425材料巷的实际情况分析了断层破碎顶板冒顶巷道的冒顶特征和原因;针对"漏冒型"巷道内松散煤岩体自稳能力差、随掘随漏的特点,提出了"撞楔法"进行临时支护和构造"假顶"、化学注浆加固假顶、"锚网索+架棚"联合支护相结合的断层破碎顶板冒顶巷道修复技术。结果表明,该技术在保证施工安全的同时提高了围岩整体性和承载性能,巷道修复效果理想。Due to high broken and high scope surrounding near the fault, a roof falling accident would be easily occurred when the driving face met a fault. In order to prevent the roof falling scope to be enlarged and to have a safety and rapid repair of the roof failed gateway, in combination with the actual conditions of No. 74256 material gateway in Zhangshuanglou Mine, the paper had an analysis on the roof falling features and causes of the gateway with broken roof and roof falling in fault. According to the poor self stability of the soft coal and rock mass and the roof falling with the driving features of the roof falling gateway, the paper provided the repair technology of the gateway with the broken roof and roof falling in combination with the "wedge method" as the temporary support as well as the "artificial roof", chemical grouting reinforced artificial roof, "bolt/steel mesh/anchor + square support". The results showed that the support technology could ensure the construction safety and could improve the surrounding rock integration and the loading performances. The repair effect of the gateway was rational.
