摘 要:为保障深部煤炭安全开采,建立良好的井下作业环境,针对矿井热害问题开发了隔热阻水复合材料,将其作为锚注工艺注浆材料,用于破碎围岩锚注注浆,阻断地下热水渗流;也可将其喷涂于巷道表面,隔绝围岩热量传导。该材料以粉煤灰、水泥、膨胀珍珠岩等为原材料,具有较好的隔热效果,其应用有利于改善井下的工作环境。In order to ensure the safety mining of deep coal and to establish an excellent operation environment in underground mine, according to the mine thermal disaster problems, a heat insulation and water proof complex material was developed as the grouting material of the bolt and grouting technique and could be applied to the bolting and grouting of the broken surrounding rock and to seal the underground heat penetration and flow. Also the complex material could be sprayed on the surface of the mine roadway to insulate the thermal conduction of the surrounding rock. The complex material was made of fly ash, cement, expansion perlite and other raw material which could be suitable to build a comfortable climate environment and to develop the circulated economy.
