摘　　要：PTC管桩处理软土路基具有单桩承载力高、施工速度快、无噪音无污染、质量稳定、造价合理等优点,加固深度可达40 m以上,为深厚软土路基处理提供了有效方法。以申嘉湖杭高速公路崇贤互通连接线用PTC管桩加固处理深厚软土路基为例,介绍其施工技术。该工程路基工后最大沉降小于7 cm,效果显著。PTC pipe pile has the advantages of higher bearing capacity,rapid construction speed,free from noise or pollution,stable quality and reasonable cost in soft foundation reinforcement,with reinforcement depth more than 40m,which provides an effective method for deep soft foundation reinforcement.Taking deep soft foundation reinforcement using PTC pipe pile in Chongxian Interline of Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou-Hangzhou Expressway for example,the construction technology is introduced in this paper.The maximum post-construction settlement of this line is less than 7cm,with significant effect.
