试析清热解毒活血法是缺血性中风病急性期的重要治法

摘　　要：缺血性中风急性期是病情发展的关键阶段,中医药在缺血性中风急性期的治疗中发挥了重要作用。通过分析临床与实验研究,结合中医药理论,我们认为热毒血瘀是缺血性中风急性期的主要病机,清热解毒辅以活血是其重要治法。The acute stage of ischemic stroke is the crucial period in its development.Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of ischemic stroke of acute stage.Through analyzing clinical and experimental researches and combining TCM theory,the author believed that the main pathogenesis of ischemic stroke of acute stage was heat-toxin and blood stasis,and the therapy for it was to clear heat,remove toxin and activate blood circulation.
