摘 要:数字图书馆馆藏评价是一个复杂的系统工程,需要多个专家进行群评价,从而提高其评价的公正性和准确性。同时由于专家的知识和经验的局限以及馆藏评价的复杂性,专家给出的评价指标信息可能以区间数形式来表达。本文针对专家给出的区间评价矩阵引进连续区间数据有序加权平均(COWA)算子,定义了评价指标的理想点,并利用方案指标值与理想点的距离给出了一种新的信息集成算子的数字图书馆馆藏的群评价方法,最后利用实例说明了评价方法的有效性。The evaluation of digital library collection is a complex system engineering and requires several experts to conduct group evaluation so as to improve its impartiality and precision.Due to the limitations of the experts' knowledge and experience and the complexity of the library collection evaluation,the evaluation index information provided by the experts may be expressed in the form of interval information.In this paper,the Continuous Ordered Weighted Averaging(C-OWA) operator is introduced to aggregate the evaluation matrices provided by the experts and the ideal points of the evaluation indexes are defined.A new approach to the group evaluation of the digital library collection,which uses the information aggregation operator,is given based on the distance between the target value of the scheme and the ideal point.Finally,an example is given to show the effectiveness of the evaluation approach.
