摘 要:利用转移矩阵法,计算了弹性波在该非对称掺杂声子晶体中的传播特性。结果表明,缺陷模出现在中心频率一半的两侧附近;缺陷模的峰值随着介质吸收系数的增加而显著下降,同时带宽加宽;杂质厚度增加时缺陷模透射峰值变化很小,但带宽变窄。另外,掺杂介质两侧的周期对称性越差,缺陷模的变化越显著。The transmission properties for elastic wave in asymmetric doped phononic crystal was analyzed by transfer matrix.There were two defect modes at the half center frequency in transmission wave.The peaks of the defect modes declined and the bandwidth widened with the increasing absorption coefficient of the material.The peaks were nearly constant with the doped thickness increasing;but the bandwidth was on the contrary.In addition,the period symmetry of the two sides of the doped was even worse when the change of defect mode was obvious.
