摘　　要：为了预防发电机绝缘故障放电,减少因发电机局部放电造成的损失,研制了一套基于超声波传感器的发电机定子绕组局部放电在线监测系统。该系统由超声波传感器、数据采集终端和虚拟仪器等部分组成。将检测到的超声信号进行分析、处理,利用串行总线(USB)通信技术,把数据传送到电脑上,在主机界面上显示波形。实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的灵敏度,操作简单,成本低等优点。In order to prevent generator insulation failures and reduce the losses caused by generator partial discharge,a set of generator stator winding partial discharge on-line monitoring system based on ultrasonic sensors was developed.The system was composed of ultrasonic sensors,data acquisition terminals,virtual instruments and so on.Ultrasonic signals detected by the system were analyzed and processed,the signal data was sent to the computer by using serial bus（USB） communications technology,and then the waveform is showed on the host computer.The experiment results validated the high-sensitivity,practicability and low cost of the proposed system.
