摘　　要：以100MW燃煤机组湿法脱硫中应用的上海华文HPCS3000分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)为例,介绍了该DCS的配置情况,对HPCS3000的软、硬件特点进行了分析,并对运行中存在的保护和逻辑进行了改进,指出了HPCS3000在应用过程中应注意的事项和出现的问题,增强了整个控制系统的安全性和可靠性。The paper takes Shanghai Huawen HPCS3000 distributed control system（DCS） applied in wet desulfurization of 1 000 MW coal-fired unit as an example,and it introduces configuration of the DCS and analyzes characteristics of hardware and software of HPCS3000 system.Besides,the paper improves protection and logic in the operation and points out precautions and existing problems in the application of HPCS3000,enhancing safety and reliability of the whole control system.
