摘 要:合成基钻井液同时具有油基钻井液和水基钻井液的良好性能,可用于海洋钻井。无毒、能生物降解、对环境无污染,钻井污水、钻屑和废弃钻井液可向海洋排放;润滑性能良好,滤液亲油,不会对地层产生水敏作用,有利于保护油气层和井壁稳定。在现场应用过程中携砂能力强,润滑性好,且具有良好的储层保护效果,解决了油基钻井液污染环境、影响测井和试井资料的问题。结合国内外研究及现场应用情况对合成基钻井液的优缺点及发展前景进行了分析。The synthesis drilling fluid has the good performance of both oil drilling fluid and water drilling fluid.It can be applied in offshore drilling and does not pollute the environment,and it is non-toxic and biodegradable.In addition,the sewage,cuttings and drilling fluid disposal are possible to be discharged to the sea.The good lubricating properties and filtrate lipophilic do not cause water sensitivity effect,which can protect the reservoir and keep borehole stability.The synthetic drilling fluid had substance ability in the field application process,such as strong cuttings carrying capacity,good lubricity,and well reservoir protection effect.It can also solve the problem of environment pollution,logging and testing data.Based on the synthetic drilling fluid development background as well as the domestic and foreign research and field application situation,the paper analyzes the good and bad points of the drilling fluid and its prospect.
