河北高校与河北经济发展的实证分析与对策

摘　　要：以河北高等教育发展为例,利用河北1990-2009年20年的有关数据,分析河北高等教育与经济增长之间的关系,得出河北高等教育对经济增长的贡献率。Taking the colleges and universities in Hebei as examples,the paper makes use of the relevant data from the year of 1990 to 2009 to analyze the relationship between higher education in Hebei province and economic development.Finally it tells how much higher education contributes to economic development in Hebei.
