肾舒康合剂对马杉氏肾炎白兔肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究肾舒康合剂对马杉氏肾炎(Masugi glomerulone phritis,MGN)白兔肾功能的影响。方法:经白兔耳缘静脉注射羊抗兔肾血清以复制白兔MGN模型。实验动物分为4组,即正常(等容量生理盐水)、模型(等容量生理盐水)、雷公藤多苷(5 mg.血清肌酐、尿素氮含量。结果:与模型组比较,肾舒康和雷公藤多苷组白兔24 h尿蛋白定量显著下降,血清肌酐、尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:肾舒康对白兔肾功能有一定的保护作用,疗效显著。OBJECTIVE：To study the effect of Shenshukang（SSK） mixture on renal function in rabbits with masugi glomerulone phritis（MGN）.METHODS：MGN model was induced by sheep antirabbits serum on ear vein.Model rabbits were divided into 4 groups,including normal group（equal volume of normal saline）,model group（equal volume of normal saline）,gluloside of Triptergium wicfordil（GTW）group（GTW 5 mg·kg-1） and SSK group（SSK 8.16 g·kg-1）.Those groups were treated with relevant medicines intragastrically.General information of 4 groups was observed regularly.After 4 weeks,24 h proteinuria excretion,Scr and BUN contents were determined.RESULTS：Compared with model group,24 h proteinuria excretion,Scr and BUN of SSK group and GTW group descended significantly（P0.01 or P0.05）.CONCLUSION：SSK can protect renal function and shows significant therapeutic efficacy.
