摘　　要：目的:建立测定益气宁神滴丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(30∶70),检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:淫羊藿苷检测浓度在0.0052～0.1040mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.34%(n=9)。益气宁神滴丸每丸(42mg)含淫羊藿苷(C33H40O15)不得少于3.6μg。结论:本方法专属性强、分离度高,操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于益气宁神滴丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of icariin in Yiqi ningshen dripping pills.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Waters-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid（30：70）at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS：Icariin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.005 2～0.104 0 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 100.3%（RSD=1.34%,n=9）.The content of icariin（C33H40O15） should not be less than 3.6 μg in each dripping pill（42 mg）.CONCLUSION：This method is specific,well-separated,simple,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Yiqi ningshen dripping pills.
