摘　　要：本文从五个方面论述了如何提高高校图书馆文献信息利用率。从高校图书馆人制定科学的采购原则、提高高校图书馆人的素质、提高读者信息素质、优化图书馆的服务模式和提高读者服务工作质量等方面提出了改进的措施。This paper discussed how to improve the utilization of literature information in university libraries from five aspects.And put forward improvement measures from establishing scientific procurement principles by the university librarians,improving the quality of the university librarians,improving the information quality of readers,optimizing the library services and enhancing the service quality for readers.
