甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗(H2株)人体免疫观察

摘　　要：选择１３８ 名抗 Ｈ Ａ Ｖ 及 Ａ Ｌ Ｔ 阴性、无禁忌症的４ ～６岁幼儿，分接种组７２ 名、对照组６６ 名进行甲肝减毒活疫苗（ Ｈ２株） 的人体免疫观察。结果免后６ 周接种组抗 Ｈ Ａ Ｖ 阳转率为９８６１ ％ ，９ 周对照组抗 Ｈ Ａ Ｖ 无阳转，两组 Ａ Ｌ Ｔ 均为正常；观察期间（１９９７ 年９ ～１２ 月） 未发生接种副反应和甲型肝炎；接种组大便用 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 法直接检出 Ｈ Ａ Ａｇ，排毒率达９４１２ ％ ，对照组粪便排毒 用 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 法直检和细胞培养分离，分离率达６５５６ ％ ，排毒率７４２４ ％ 。提示 Ｈ２ 株甲肝活疫苗在人体内增殖活跃，毒力平稳，此观察未发现毒力返祖。The immunological observation of H 2 strain of live attenuated vaccine of hepatitis A for human has been carried out basedon 138 children among 4～6 years old,which are considered to be anti HAV and ALT normal ,and be avaliuable for the test,these children are devided into two groups,one is called immunited group with 72 numbers、another group with 68 children are not immunited only for comparision with immunited group.After 6 weeks the immunited group got an anti HAV non normal rate of 98.61% another group within 9 weeks,there is no anti HAV non normal and ALT is normal to both groups;There is no side effect react on vaccination ot hepatitis A to be found during observation period(Sep Dec'97).The HAAg has been directly checked out from feces of the immunited group by ELISA,with a fecal virus shedding rate of 94.12%,the comparable groups fecal virus shedding are inspected by ELISA and cell division directly and got a 65.56% of cell division rate 74.24% of virus shedding rate.It also indicates(shows)that H strain live hepatitis A vaccines are active in human bodies with a stable virulence and there is no virulence reversion found in the observation.
