轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清胃泌素水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨轮状病毒肠炎时血清胃泌素的水平。方法采用放射免疫测定法，对４２例轮状病毒肠炎患儿和３０名健康儿童血清胃泌素进行测定。结果腹泻患儿血清胃泌素的浓度为（１０７．３３±４６．２９）ｎｇ／Ｌ，明显高于健康对照组（７６．６１±１２．４６）ｎｇ／Ｌ。结论轮状病毒肠炎时血清胃泌素水平增高。ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of serum level of gastrin in children with rotavirus diarrhea disease.MethodsSerum gastrin level was measured with radioimmunoassay in 42 cases of patients with rotavirus diarrhea and 30 normal children.ResultsThe level of serum gastrin in children with rotavirus diarrhea disease ( 107.33 ± 46.29 ng/L) is higher than that of normal controls ( 76.61 ± 12.46 ng/L).ConclusionSerum gastrin level in children with rotavirus diarrhea disease is increased.
