摘　　要："十二五"是基于建国60周年经济社会发展基础上新的建设时期,也是在国际金融危机后中国将要实行的第一个五年规划,本文在分析我国现阶段经济社会发展初始条件基础上,从内部环境、国际环境、体制环境等视角研究了金融危机后我国面临的国内外经济变量,指出了"十二五"期间我国经济发展面临的机遇,最后提出了我国经济发展的任务。＂The 12th five-year-plan scheme＂ is a new construction period based on economic and social development of the 60th anniversary,but is also the first five-year plan which China will implement after the international financial crisis.The article analyses the initial conditions of present economic and social development,researches the domestic and foreign economic variables of our country from the internal environment,the international environment and the system environment after the financial crisis.It points out the opportunities of ＂the 12th five-year-plan period＂ China＇s economic development faced,and finally puts forward some tasks of economic development in China.
