动态观察抗纤灵冲剂对单侧输尿管梗阻及再通后大鼠血脂变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)及再通后大鼠血脂的变化和抗纤灵对血脂变化的影响。方法:建立大鼠UUO模型120只和UUO再通模型90只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、抗纤灵组和科素亚组。于造模后各时间点检测TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C。结果:在UUO模型中,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C随梗阻时间的延长逐渐升高,在28d时与正常组和假手术组比较有显著差异;HDL-C随梗阻时间的延长逐渐降低,在21d、28d时与正常组和假手术组比较有显著差异。在UUO再通模型中,模型组TC、LDL-C逐步升高,再通21d时与正常组和假手术比较差异有显著性;HDL-C逐渐降低,与正常组和假手术组相比,再通14d、21d时差异显著。与模型组比较,抗纤灵能降低TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL-C。结论:抗纤灵冲剂能改善UUO模型和UUO再通模型中的脂代谢紊乱。Objective：To explore effects of Kang Xian Ling Decoction on lipid in rat after unilateral ureteral obstruction and recanalization.Methods：120 male Sprague-Dawley rats in UUO model and 90 male Sprague-Dawley rats in UUO recanalization model were randomly divided into 5 groups：normal group,shame-operated group,model group,KXL group,and Lostartan group.TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were tested weekly.Results：In UUO model,TC,TG,LDL-C in model group increased gradually,compared with those in normal group and group and shame-operated group,it was significant on the 28 days after operation;while HDL-C decreased gradually,it was significant on the 21 and 28 day after operation.In UUO model,TC,LDL-C in model group increased gradually,compared with those in normal group and shame-operated group,it was significant on the 21st day after the last operation;While HDL-C decreased gradually,it was significant on the 14th and 21st day after the last operation compared with shame-operated group.Compared with those in Model group,TC,TG,LDL-C contents in KXL group decreased,while the contents of HDL-C increased.Conclusion：Kang Xian Ling Decoction can improve hyperlipemia in rats after UUO and UUO recanalization.
