摘　　要：文章重点介绍范永升教授运用温阳祛瘀通络法治疗雷诺现象的经验。雷诺现象大体相当于中医学的血痹。在对病因病机认识方面,范教授认为阳虚寒凝是雷诺现象的主要病机,气滞血瘀是发生该病的病理基础。在治疗方面,首重扶正而兼顾祛邪,以温阳祛瘀通络为核心治法。在遗方用药方面,以黄芪桂枝五物汤进行临证加减,临床效果颇佳。In this article,the professor Fan Yongsheng＇s experience is described,in application of warming yang,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals in treatment of raynaud＇s phenomenon.Raynaud＇s phenomenon is roughil equivalent to blood arthralgia in TCM.In the cause and the pathogenesis of raynaud＇s phenomenon,the profess Fan considers that the etiology and pathogenesis is yang deficiency and cold coagulation,the basic pathology is qi-stagnancy and bolld stasis.In treating,first,we must strengthen the body＇s natural resistance,and then remove harmful factors.Warming yang,removing blood stasis and derdging collaterals is the therapeutic core.In the prescription and medication,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang has been clinically proven to achieve better effect.
