摘　　要：名老中医李光荣教授擅长用活血药治疗妇科癥瘕。李教授认为,女性多瘀;癥瘕乃瘀血重症;女性癥瘕的瘀血位于肝经。李教授所选活血药均有入肝经的特点,在应用时结合辨病及现代药理研究,强调审因论治,注重药物的配伍,善于使用药对。Professor LI Guang-rong is good at using promoting blood-activation Chinese medicine to treat gynecological masses.Professor LI thinks that women have more blood stasis,and masses arecaused by severe blood stasis.The blood of gynecological masses are located at liver meridian.All of the promoting blood traditional Chinese medicine collected by professor LI have the feature of entrancing liver meridian.When using the blood-activation Chinese medicine,Professor LI combines differential diseases and modern pharmacological research,emphases treatment due to the trial,importents to medicine compatibility and is good at using Chinese medicine groups.
